Microwave Turntable Is Not Working

Depending on your model of microwave, there are a few different components that make the turntable, or glass tray, rotate. Some models may not have the roller support (B on the diagram). The hub (C), or coupler, mounts on top of the turntable motor. The first thing to check is the hub and the support to make sure they are not broken or cracked and are in proper place. If they are not, then the turntable will not rotate properly or at all. If these parts are all good, then it is most likely due to a bad turntable motor. You will need to remove the microwave cabinet in order to access the motor for replacement.

**NEVER operate the microwave without the turntable and turntable support working properly**
